"Urban + Edgy" Meets "the Garden" for a Fall Wedding

While we were falling in love with everything about Katie and Drew's edgy and urban wedding, the bride and groom were falling even more in love with one another. The "Lower Garden" location, (available for ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and/or dancing) at Storybook immediately caught Katie's eye for their memorable "I do" moment. Wanting a simple and earthy feel, the stunning natural ivy walls of the lower garden, along with scattered sunflowers to add a hint of color, were the perfect combination for this timeless couple. The Lower Garden at Storybook captivated everything that Katie and Drew could have asked for...and more.
Katie and Drew imagined nothing more than to take in all of the natural beauty our venue has to offer... and with the added styling by our design team, they received an overall look and feel they positively adored. From quail feathers in colored glass bottles, to the personalized hand-lettered mirrors and the earthy green-toned accents... every detail brought Katie and Drew's style to life, which is exactly what we at Storybook strive to do! We are so honored to have been a part of this couple's big day. We have to add... This couple rocked all of their guest's socks off with a hopping live band, and to top it off... They ended the evening with a late-night appearance of the "Wok'-n-Roll Bamboo" food truck.

"Not only is the venue beautiful as is, but she made our vision come true. We imagined something simple with a travel theme, simply because of our passion to travel. This seemed difficult at first because we weren’t the average theme. We didn’t really know what we wanted. Jana and Miranda took note of every detail and made it happen!"
